CLOCC is

a community & network-driven programme

We work with local stakeholders and communities to build waste management systems where waste is not leaked into the environment - neither land nor sea.

Our vision is a world where waste is minimized, properly collected, recycled, and appropriately treated. Any waste that cannot be recycled or reclaimed should be disposed of in a safe and engineered manner, ensuring the maintenance of a clean and healthy environment. This commitment extends to fostering sustainable development and embracing the principles of a circular economy.
